I tried it YEARS ago - and did not like any of the products that I tried. So, after a few more years of living with harmful chemicals on my face I finally decided to give it another try, and I am so glad I did!
Read MoreWith it being near mid-December, it seems this is the time of the year when most of my clients, friends, and family are asking me “What do I do to boost my immune system so I don’t get sick?” Or, they have already caught something and they are trying to figure out how to get out from under it.
Read MoreThere’s something about the winter time that makes {most of} us crave comfort foods. A lot of the time, comfort food means highly processed food items that don’t leave us feeling the best. However, I am a true believer that that doesn’t have to be the case.
Read MoreThere’s not much better than curling up on the couch with a warm bowl of soup and a good movie, especially when it’s cold and rainy out. Throw in some sourdough bread and it’s a real party ;)
Read MoreOne of my favorite things about the cold weather is the arrival of comfort food. The savory goodness that beckons frosty windowpanes, a full table and a toasty fire. Growing up in the Midwest, I’ve always associated creamy casseroles with memories of cozy kitchens and flour-dusted countertops.
