After completing an in-depth health history form, we will dive into the details regarding your lifestyle habits and daily routines to better understand what is going to work best for your body and lifestyle.
02. Goals
Goal setting a large part of what we do together. We will move through a goal setting process to better understand what it is you truly desire, and from there we can create an action plan to get you there.
03. Circle of Life
Your circle of life encompasses all areas of your life. You may be hiring a health coach to help you with your nutrition and overall health goals – but we will take a look at all areas of your life that may be affecting you.
04. Personalized Health Program
What we call a “health program” is not to be confused with a typical meal plan. This program is custom made to fit everything we discovered in an introductory session and is made to be your guide to a better version of you. Depending on the package or program you choose to partake in, we create a baby-step program allowing you to build confidence, make attainable changes, and create a new lifestyle that enables you to reach your goals.
